Cornerstone Safety Management was founded by Glenn Grambo and has since grown to include a staff of consultants with a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences.  Our coverage area includes all of Virginia and upon request, the Mid-Atlantic states. 

Glenn has a degree from Virginia Tech in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and extensive experience in manufacturing, logistics and construction.  Glenn holds the PMP and CSP designations and has worked with workplace optimization his entire career.

Our consultants

Our team can come to your site and provide on-site services, or are offering a bold new service having your employees "pre-trained" in our location, in connection with your HR department's requirements.  We can schedule your "New Hires" into our training facility prior to their first day and when they get to you, they have the Safety Orientation and skills that YOU have requested based on your Safety Program.  No time lost training on site, EXCEPT when it is important to train with the specifics (i.e. Mentoring with current employees).
